Everyone of the staff we have come into contact with have been amazing! They are laid back, easy going, answers every question we have ever had. We have never felt like we were a burden. Smiles every time and happy to help. Doctors complete a whole mouth check every time we get braces tightened and talks with us and my child to make sure they understand what’s going on. Just all around an amazing experience. Oh, receptionists are always so helpful and go above and beyond for anything we need. They are just so great and treats patients like family. ❤️

We were referred to Bankhead Orthodontics by a pediatric dentist. Today was a consultation and due to insurance circumstances the employees went out of their to get us set up for banding today. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr Courtney was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Both my daughter and I felt comfortable with the process. It definitely made the experience more pleasant. We will be recommending Bankhead Orthodontics to others we know for orthodontic care!

I’ve been wanting to get my teeth fixed for awhile now and Bankhead orthodontics made me feel so welcomed. All the staff is so nice and they explain all of the options thoroughly so that you can decide which option is best for you! Bonus: if you’re afraid to get impressions done, don’t be! They have an awesome camera that does it for you instead of having all that goo in your mouth!
