Rarely when we go to Bankhead do we have to wait. The staff is very friendly and my daughter always feels comfortable going back with any of the staff member for her visits. When we were orthodontist "shopping" I felt as though the staff took all the time I needed to answer my questions and make sure I left feeling informed. We've been very happy with them.
